The challenge
An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to the development of the Consumable Product Line at Haier Europe.

A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.
What you will do
- Drive the transformation to a consumer oriented approach
- Elaborate and drive the customer journey map to support the product creation and the marketing strategic tools connected with CRM activities
- Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Develop marketing techniques to drive new custom
- Conduct market research to follow trends and competition
- Stay up-to-date with new web technologies and digital marketing trends assessing opportunities to improve the process and the sending out;
- Facilitate requirements gathering, schedule and lead recurrent planning and review sessions with the internal stakeholders and with the external providers, have conversations regarding budget, resources and timeline and formally capture and communicate outcomes of those meetings.
- Data Driven decision making
- Monitor the main CX KPIs and proposes initiatives to enhance customer experience (NPS, CSAT, Churn rate, Retention rate, CLV)
- Budget tracking
What you need to succeed
- Solid experience (+10 years) in CX and Digital marketing either in consumer business or in external providers/ consultancy firms with previous experience on customers' journey design and implementation
- Digital, B2B/B2C marketing tools, e-commerce management experience
- User Experience design and management tools
- Innovative approach and Customer oriented
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
