The roleAs part of our team, you will manage customer inquiries, communicate with customers using different platforms.

Your key tasks will be:

Answering customers inquiresEnsuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-upsOptimize follow-up processes to improve customer satisfactionDefine and implement targeted sales strategies for individual dealers

Our ideal Customer Lifecycle Management Agent has a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Communication or similar, as well as:
