The Mobility Aftermarket department for Robert Bosch GmbH, have a unique opportunity for a Customer Logistics coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for an important customer key account.

**Your contribution to something big**:

- Preferred interface between the customer and our central logistics organization (replenishment, transport, and warehouse);

- Proactive tracking and monitoring of customer orders and delivery dates with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction;

- Implementation and follow up of customer requirements;

- Close coordination and collaboration with the sales team;

- Monitoring stock levels, proactive follow-up of discrepancies;

- Creation and analysis of KPIs and implement corrective measures.

**Contribute to the continuous improvement process

- Suggest process improvements using digitalization and automation tools;

- Deriving recommendations for action using data analysis/interpretations (example with PowerBI);

**Qualifications** What distinguishes you**:

- Education (Bachelor/ Master) in logistics;

- Customer oriented;

- Structured and organized;

- Negotiation skills;

- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team;

- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written;

- Excellent Microsoft Office and computer skills;

- Able to multitask;

- Knowledge of SAP and previous supply chain experience - desirable;
