**Now we are looking for a Customer Manager** in our office in Bergamo!

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work on the development of the current Customers of the company;

- Providing of a commercial offer to the Customer, monitoring the receipt of a response;

- Extension of contractual relations with the Customers, aimed at receiving more orders from their side and monitoring of the contractual conditions fulfillment;

- Participation in the organization of transportation process as the main point of contact for the entrusted Customers.

**REQUEREMENTS**:

- High level of written and spoken English; Knowledge of Italian is a must;

- Experience in logistics (freight forwarding / customer management/ sales/ logistics operations) - for at least 1 year;

- Excellent computer skills;

- Ability to work both individually and in a team;

- Attentiveness to details, ability to work with large amounts of information.
