Job Description:Reporting to the Sales Director, the candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Develop the best commercial strategy for the assigned clients in compliance with the commercial policies agreed with the Sales Director and aligned with company objectives; Negotiate and manage national agreements with the designated Central National authorities; Prepare monthly sales forecasts and monitor periodic revenue, developing assortment references quantitatively and qualitatively; Negotiate agreements for assigned clients regarding assortments, promotional plans, etc. , ensuring the correct use of total promotional effort; Maintain and develop a productive relationship with the client; Manage and verify payments and outstanding debts of clients in the assigned area; Implement company guidelines on commercial policies; Manage objectives, budgets, and operational parameters and monitor progress; Define and manage National Contracts for clients.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Economics and Commerce or equivalent; At least 3 years of professional experience in similar roles; Advanced knowledge of main IT tools, excellent knowledge of the Office suite; Excellent knowledge of the English language; Ability to work in complex organizational environments; Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional groups; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong orientation towards achieving objectives.
KEY INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSITION Work area: Northern Italy, with availability for frequent travel; Conventional office location: Reggio Emilia (RE).
