Customer Marketing Senior Specialist Mass MarketAbout the roleWe are looking for a Customer Marketing Senior Specialist Mass Market who can develop new commercial opportunities within this channel. Key responsibilitiesDeveloping and sustaining long term strategies with OC brands in Mass Market customersCreating commercial guidelines for Oral Care brands (price, promotion, pop materials)Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with Sales and Marketing objectivesImproving brand results through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing prioritiesManaging the Trade Marketing budgetResponsible for client plans development in collaboration with sales managersLeading and implementing channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned clients/retailersMeeting clients to set the Trade Marketing Plan and monitoring performancesConceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store execution in collaboration with marketing and sales teamsMonitoring competition and industry trends to identify opportunities for growthOverseeing and monitoring performance of brand recognition metrics (ex.
