About the roleWe are looking for a Customer Marketing Senior Specialist Mass Market who can develop new commercial opportunities within this channel.

Key responsibilitiesDeveloping and sustaining long term strategies with OC brands in Mass Market customersCreating commercial guidelines for Oral Care brands (price, promotion, pop materials)Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with Sales and Marketing objectivesImproving brand results through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing prioritiesManaging the Trade Marketing budgetResponsible for client plans development in collaboration with sales managersLeading and implementing channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned clients/retailersMeeting clients to set the Trade Marketing Plan and monitoring performancesConceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store execution in collaboration with marketing and sales teamsMonitoring competition and industry trends to identify opportunities for growthOverseeing and monitoring performance of brand recognition metrics (ex.

MS Value, Folder share, promotional activity ROI)Stakeholder management across different functions (marketing, sales, supply chain, customer service)Qualifications and skills3-5 years' experience in Mass Market channel and in trade marketing rolesExperience in working with retailers and wholesalers/distributorsExperience in working on core business drivers (assortment, stock, layout, pricing, promotion)Experience in Consumers Path of purchase dynamicsStrong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical dataEasily engaging with the customers, peers and building trustful relationshipEffective communication skills (developed listening skills/ ability to explain, train and coach)Category Management guidelines knowledgeGood financial acumen allowing to present business benefitsDetails orientationUnderstand qualitative research techniques and methodsGood storyteller who can show the vision and benefitsAbility to work in fast paced environmentAbility to work with the dataWell organized and disciplinedProactive in problem solvingTeam managementPreferredYoung talent who has 5-7 years of experience working with the Mass Market channel in Trade Marketing roles with also Sales experience.
