DocPlanner Italy , a leading company for healthcare digital services, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Customer Marketing local team and play a pivotal role in building upsell processes for our customers.

The candidate will be part of the Customer Marketing global team and work in close collaboration with both local and global Product Teams to deliver a 360° positive experience for customers, building long-term relationships with them using marketing automation tools.

Job Description Responsibilities: Create, analyze and optimize upsell/cross-sell processes at each stage of the Customer's Journey Work in close collaboration with Customer Success Specialists to maximize customer satisfaction Develop e-mail, forms, landing pages, and any other content needed for marketing automation processes Coordinate with CM Specialists worldwide Qualifications Requirements: Proven experience in upsell/cross-sell processes creation Analytical skills (basic Excel knowledge) Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) Italian mother tongue or Full Professional Proficiency (C2) Proven capability to communicate in English (B2) Capability to meet deadlines and work with KPIs Cross-cultural communication skills and adaptive thinking At least 1 year of experience in Customer Marketing or Marketing Based in Rome or willing to relocate (no full remote) Additional: Hubspot & Salesforce knowledge Basic video marketing skills (e. g. , Powtoon) Beamer or other In-App Messaging tool knowledge Additional Information: An attractive stock option plan An international environment and, as a consequence, the chance to work with other smart CM specialists from our offices in Warsaw, Barcelona, Istanbul, Brazil and Mexico City #J-18808-Ljbffr
