**The Role: Customer Operations
We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as Customer Operations.
In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for our customers, providing high-quality support, answering questions, resolving issues, and helping customers get the most out of our products and services.
**Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear and detailed information about our products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
- Assist customers in using our software and related products.
- Collaborate with the content team to train and onboard new customers as needed.
- Gather customer feedback to help us continually improve our products and services.
**Who We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and professionalism when handling complex situations.
- Proficiency with Jira.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Additional language skills are highly valued.
- Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is a plus.
