We are looking for an intern who will support our Customer Operations Wholesale for at least 6 months.

With this internship, you will get a 360° overview of the customer experience starting from the order of clients through the coordination of the delivery to the after-sales service.

The Customer Operations team checks orders in terms of quality, quantity, prices, and delivery date and will track the status until the final delivery.

This experience will give you the possibility to understand the needs and requirements of the end consumer and the guidelines and processes regarding our Customer Operations.

Tasks and responsibilities Support the order and client data entry in the ERP systemAssist the first-level support for issues and general requests about the company, brands, and productsSupport clients, Sales Representatives, and Store Managersin order management regarding availabilities and order stateGive support in deliveries and the logistic department as well as the administrative area for payment checkAssist in the analysis of customer pain points, issues, and needsSupport the marketing department in various projects

Profile University student or a degree in economics or in a similar fieldPrevious experience in a company will be considered as a plusExcellent Italian skills and good English Skills, German is a plusKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)Reliability, organization, and attention to detailCustomer-orientedPassionate about mountain sports is a plusIf you are interested to work in a challenging, international and dynamic environment then apply now!
