You have a keen eye for detail. You speak English and Italian fluently (Spanish or Portuguese would be a plus). Excellent communication skills and a warm, customer-focused attitude. The ability to work independently and adapt quickly to remote work. A drive to be part of something bigger than yourself. The RoleOn a typical day, you will. . . Start the day by checking incoming tickets, emails, and chat messages from customers in the Italian market. Prioritize and address customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses within established SLAs. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing step-by-step guidance and solutions to customers. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams (e. g. , engineering or product) and follow up to ensure resolution. Translate customer feedback into actionable insights to improve the product and customer experience. Participate in daily team stand-ups to share updates, discuss challenges, and align on priorities. Update and maintain internal knowledge bases and customer-facing help articles in collaboration with the support team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer journey. Review unresolved tickets, documenting progress, and planning follow-ups. Salary RangeFor this position, we have a total gross package of €15, 000 to €18, 000 (plus meal allowance, health insurance, and other benefits).
