Job Description: Overview Waters is hiring!

This is a unique opportunity to work at one of the leading companies in Chromatography and Mass-Spectrometry.

The successful candidate will work closely with Account Managers and Service Managers in their territory to ensure orders are processed and dispatched in a timely manner to improve customer success and utilize field resources effectively.

You will ensure that all orders are recorded, checked, and invoiced accurately and in a timely manner, including validation of discounts.

This is a FTC for 11 months.

Responsibilities Processing of consumable orders.

Handle customer requests efficiently and expertly by telephone or email.

Accurately raise, credit and re-invoice orders, using approved systems and processes.

Ensure that any customer specific product or site specifications are accurately communicated to distribution and manufacturing.

Liaise with Credit Control concerning new account details and/or credit queries.

Qualifications Professional level of German and English languages; any other European language is an advantage.

Strong customer focus.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Proven Excel skills.

Good communication skills, able to communicate effectively with various partners.

SAP experience would be an advantage.

Strong time management and organisational skills.

Ability to collaborate and work in a team.

Professional experience in customer service is an advantage but not essential.
