The RoleAs an Account Management Partner with Kyndryl, you'll revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth, and boost profitability.
You'll create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections, building trusted relationships with top-level executives. In this role, you'll focus on selling new offerings and minimizing erosion in renewals, ensuring that our largest accounts flourish.
You'll be responsible for developing and executing account strategies, leading to the successful growth and retention of Kyndryl's most valuable accounts.
Your expertise will help you build relationships with key decision-makers and deliver tailor-made solutions that cater to the unique needs of each customer. Collaboration is key, and you'll work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process, executing every aspect from prospecting to closing deals. You will lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts and generate new opportunities, expanding existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities.
By building a strong go-to-market pipeline with our partners, you'll pursue and conquer new deals. With your deep knowledge of external best practices, you'll continuously provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a market leader.
