Your role

- Full ownership of supply chain between Aptiv EDS and Italian customers

- Accountability for PC&L KPIs in Italy : Inventory, Costs, E&O, Premium & API

- Budgeting and forecasting - Inventory, costs, Premium, API

- Drive Initiatives to Improve PC&L Performance in Italy

- Assure Effective use of change Management

- Assure control, performance and standard processes on SILS&WH in Italy

- Strict control of excess & obsolete and on customer recovery aspects (E&0 and Premium)

- Implementation and usage of Aptiv Lean 2. 0

- Assure Customer satisfaction expected level for PRR and IPM

- Support new business quotes for PC&L aspects

- Assure smooth launch of new project in Italy for PC&L

- Lead liaison role between Aptiv EDS - Italian Customers - Aptiv Production plants

- Manage Italy PC&L Team

**Your background

- Master degree in Supply Chain/Logistics

- Min 5 years of experience on PCL position in automotive industry

- Knowledge or experience about Warehouse or SILS operations

- Experience with 3PL management

- Team management experience

- Good communication skills - work with internal customer and external

- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

- Knowledge in SAP

- Fluent in English and Italian

- Ability to travel 50% of time ( Italy and Abroad )

- Project Management certification or Lean certification as extra advantage
