Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?
We are looking for a **Customer profiling and User experience **to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Head Of Brand Strategy & Customer Journey.
You will be responsible for customer profiling and segmentation, customer monitoring, supporting customer experience survey activities.
Your main activities will be:
- CRM Customer data analysis profiling: segmentation, target group, purchase profile, loyalty level, spending pattern, sales funnel and customer lifetime value
- Collecting & Organizing customer data from surveys to build a consistent system of customer profiling
- Customer experience monitoring and reporting (along the customer journey)
- Business intelligence (BI)
- Supporting in the definition of customer feedback research (benchmarking & gap analysis vs. as is)
**About you
- University degree in Economics, Marketing, or Management Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing business reporting and data analysis
- Nice to have experience in Automotive and in Project Management
- Good knowledge of CRM and Customer Data Management
- Analytical and Statistical Skills
- Fluent in English, German will be considered a plus
