About the role

The **Customer Program Manager **operates on the cross lines of the Project Management and Sales teams.

He/she reports to the Manager - Customer Program Management Europe and works closely together with the Regional Sales Manager

- Italy.

The **Customer Program Manager **has a thorough understanding of all stages of project management and has demonstrable experience with the execution of multiple complex projects in accordance with contractual obligations.

The Customer Program Manager will give support to the sales team by maintaining a collaborative relationship with the customers and by giving assistance during the tender process.

**As **Customer Program Manager **your key responsibilities will be**:

- Coordination of all projects in the Italy Market.

- Project reporting and contract administration.

- Setting up the project management structure and working method together with the Manager - Customer Program Management Europe.

- Provide support during tender process.

**Daily tasks**:

- Develop a trusted, collaborative partnership with the customer.

- Coordinate all projects in the region and ensure information flow to all internal stakeholders.

- Keep updated on status and KPI's of the projects and issue reports.

- Identify risks and problems of the projects and communicate with sales and project management China.

- Responsible for managing customer expectations from the time of order till acceptance by customer.

- Assist in managing contractual obligations, performance levels and service levels;

- Responsible for ensuring final customer acceptance.

- Assist the tender team in drafting and submitting bids for tenders in Italy.

**Required skills, qualifications and experience

- 3+ years of experience in a Project Management or similar roles with proven successful records of managing multiple projects/customers of varying sizes in parallel;

- Solid knowledge of the automotive, preferably the E-Bus market;

- **Strong and effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English and Italian**:

- Proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving;

- Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical or automotive engineering;

- Demonstrated experience in working with an international team;

- Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others.

**Nice to have skills, qualifications and experience

- Relevant experience in similar B2B sectors.

- Other European language skills.

- Experience with High Tech Start-up / Electric Vehicles / Alternative Energy / Batteries.
