Customer Quality Internship
The internship will take place within the Global Quality, Sustainability & Lean Development area.
The candidate will collaborate with the Global Customer Quality Manager in regularly monitoring the Voice of Customer, investigating performances' trend and identifying opportunities for improvement. In particular, having acquired the necessary knowledge, the candidate will be involved in the following activities:Collect customer scorecard on a global level and ensure that appropriate measures are taken in case of target deviations;Develop and monitor customer quality KPIs to track trends and to give suggestions for improvement;Work closely with plant quality teams in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions;If necessary, visit customers and/or participate in remote meetings for improvement plans and/or the introduction of new products if required;Tools and methodologies to learn:Problem Solving (8D)Failure mode analysisManufacturing processes understandingRequirements:Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or similar);IT skills: MS OfficeGood knowledge of the English languageInternship location: Reggiolo (RE)
