** is looking for a **Customer Quality Specialist** to be included in our **SHE &** **Quality Department**.
He/She will report hierarchically to the Quality Engineer Team Leader.
**Duties**:
- Ensure proper handling of all quality complaints from the field and reported by our Customer Centers;
- Where possible, support the customer with initial problem solving analysis through in-depth product knowledge;
- Understand the issues and report them correctly to the involved team;
- Actively promote the problem solving process within the company: identify and implement corrective actions by involving the relevant departments (R&D/Production/Industrialization/SQA/Logistics and any other departments such as Purchasing Department);
- Keep constantly updated our Customer Centers about ongoing quality issues and manage quality meetings when necessary;
- Prepare technical reports and presentations;
- Activate and maintain the conditions for an effective and timely sharing of information in its area and in other business areas, in order to enable integrated operations, consistent and aimed at customer satisfaction (internal and external);
- Maintain respectful and courteous to all colleagues and employees to collaborate for a climate of peaceful and productive department;
- Observe safety rules for its own security both within and outside the factory;
- Observe the principles of "5S" (organization of the workplace);
- Where appropriate, collaborate with other teams to achieve business goals;
- Willingness to do occasionally national and international travels.
**Requirements**:
- Technical background preferably in Electronic or Computer science.
Degree in STEM disciplines will be a plus;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with different departments and colleagues from all over the world belonging to the Group;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial environment facilities handling B2B complaints or technical support;
- Fluent in English language.
