CAndidate will manage interfaces to customers for each quality topic, downloading informations from the customer portals, preparing replies to their claims, collecting ppm and incidents info, preparing summary and scorecards, driving investigations on incidents, by problem solving methods and preparing root cause analysis

3 years experience in automotive, preferibly quality, technical background
