Customer Quality Support (M/F/D)
As Customer Quality Support, you will cooperate with the team on defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for our products.
How you´ll make an impact Support the customer quality team and other corporate functions to find solutions for customer complaint cases (internal and external). Participate in daily customer first meetings. Support in driving customer quality progress, early warning, and escalate key issues to the next level. Prepare investigation reports and RCA analysis. Propose improvement projects based on quality issues to reduce warranty costs. Support the quality team in increasing efficiency and continuous improvements, including analysis methods and reporting methodology. Your background Preferred previous experience (2-3 years) in electrical, mechanical, or other related technical areas. Structured thinking, collaborative, and oriented to improve product reliability. Able to handle different tasks with excellent communication skills to relate to customers and other functions. Fluent in Italian and English. Available for business trips.
