DescriptionThe opportunityAs Customer Quality Support you will cooperate with the team on defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfil the quality requirements for our products. How you´ll make an impactSupport the customer quality team and other corporate functions to find a solution for customer complaints cases (internal and external)Participate in daily customer first meetingsSupport in driving the customer quality progress, early warning and escalate key issues to the next levelPrepare investigation report and RCA analysisPropose improvements projects based on quality issues to reduce the warranty costSupport the quality team in increasing the efficiency and continuous improvements including analysis methods and reporting methodologyLiving Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your actions while caring for your colleagues and the company.
