You will support our customer relations activities in order to increase customer experience and keeping under control our KPIs.
You will support in following-up internal and external customer's requests by providing them necessary information and service.
**Who you are**:
- Economic or scientific degree
- Computer skills (Office Package) & basic Knowledge of digital communication channel
- Fluent in Italian & English
- Customer orientation, problem solving skills, analytical thinking and strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work in team
- Excellent time management
