Customer Role Sales Operation Specialist - Turkey

**What Will Your Role Be
- Support Sales management, PSM and resellers in the execution of the business strategy.
Optimize Business Performance and Operational Efficiency.
- Contribute to build the sales plans in collaboration with Management&Sales team and supports its consolidation by revenue stream (Platform, Draftsight and Simulation).
Follow
- up of assigned responsibilities related to current business strategy
- Monitor ongoing renewals with partners to ensure renewals are managed on time
- Support the booking of all software revenue and ensure no orders are missed
- Ensure end-to-end requests from the sales team & partners are successfully managed (open, follow-up, closure), this includes collaboration with cross-functional departments and escalation to key stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Sales Administration, Pricing, Billing, etc)
- Deliver general guidance to partners related to pricing tools, quotes, and license key order generation and processing
- Enable partners and the sales team on best practices and policies to optimize the overall processes as needed
- Identify skill up needs to be delivered through Sales Operations Knowledge base or dedicated trainings to the Sales team & Partners
- Serve as a coordinator for contract management related requests for partners
- Arrange and make available on time all the sales intelligence data which are needed to review the business and contribute the appropriate strategic and tactical decisions.
This includes any sales reporting form agreed with the team.

Keep all sensitive information confidential.
- Sales support related orders and discounts activities.
Proactively communicate and collaborate in order to identify best practices to improve CRE growth
- Supporting partners' sales team with reports to provide them up-to-date data to fasten and contribute to their sales processes and projects
- Request special invoice format and check Invoices
- Identify key materials to support Sales team & Partners (Customer Reference, Industry materials)
- Assigned territory: Turkey
- Location: Milan
**Your key success factors
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the software industry
- Direct experience in sales support, sales execution, or business administration managing multiple tracks.
Working with Finance system is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills is a must
- Demonstrate ability to produce quality work with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
- Possess a "can do" attitude, a team player
- Demonstrate problem solving skills in a consultative sales-helpdesk environment
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Fluency in English and Turkish language
