About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Sales Customer Specialist who thrives in a high-performance, results-oriented environment. Your primary focus will be driving sales and achieving targets by engaging customers and helping them get the most out of Spoki's platform. You should have a sales-driven mindset, be proactive, and passionate about creating strong customer relationships. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and improving their experience with Spoki. Responsibilities Actively sell and drive customer engagement with the Spoki platform, ensuring customers see the value and stay engaged. Develop and execute strategies to boost customer adoption, maximize ROI, and improve retention. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, proposing solutions that fit clients' business needs. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously optimize strategies for better performance. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to share customer insights and improve overall customer experience. Conduct personalized training and workshops to ensure clients use Spoki effectively, addressing any sales-related queries. What You Bring 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer success, or marketing automation, with a clear commercial approach. Strong ability to build relationships and influence clients to drive results. Data-driven and able to analyze trends and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies. Proactive problem solver with a customer-first mindset. Fluency in both Italian and English (additional languages are a plus). Experience in SaaS and digital platforms is a plus but not required. HR Interview (60 min) : A deeper discussion to explore your experience, skills, and cultural fit. Sales-Oriented Interview (60 min) : Meet with the department manager for a role-specific discussion focused on your commercial approach.
