To strengthen our Customer Service team at our local office in **Agrate Brianza, Italy**, we are currently recruiting a motivated:

**Customer Service & Asset Specialist

Your role

- You are the first point of contact for our customers in Italy.

- You are responsible for customer onboarding and will provide an excellent service which will enable you to build long term relationships with our customers.

- You translate the customer needs into a correct and timely order-to-invoice process flow through a constant dialogue with the different departments.

- You are responsible for the evaluation, communication, finalization and follow up on stock audits at customers.

- You are responsible for customer master data, data entry and data matching.

- You contribute to the monthly customer review meetings.

- You monitor the customer's declarations and solve any issues that may arise.

- You are the customer's point of contact for reporting any quality issues and will support the Quality Department by liaising with the customer until resolution.

**Profile**:

- You have a Bachelor's degree or acquired equivalent knowledge through experience in a Customer Support position.

Motivation and ability to learn is more important than years of experience.

- You are fluent, both written and spoken in English and Italian.

- You have an eye for accuracy and know how to set priorities.

- You are able to work under pressure and can work independently and in a structured manner.

- You are always able to keep your focus and drive, even during short deadlines.

- You communicate with customers and internal employees in a professional and constructive way.

- You know your way around MS Office.

Training-on-the job will be provided for our internal software.

- You are customer oriented and an enthusiastic team player and will bring a positive attitude into the entire Tosca family.

- You live in the Milan area.
