He/she will be leading logistic BDG consolidation and spending control at global level, the logistic footprint re-design, Customer service activities/invoices process for the Group affiliates. Main Responsibilities:Manage Inbound/Outbound flows for both Finish Products and Raw MaterialsStrictly collaborating with Supply Planning team to distribute finish products on time and in full to the affiliated according to GDP instructionsBeing responsible to define the logistic budget and monitor the costs on a monthly basis highlighting root causes analysis and action plans/Risks OppsCollaborate with Quality team for logistic claims management with proved experience in thermal excursions managementLead the digital Roadmap for Transportations across all countriesControl Tower for Logistics KPIsManage Global Customer service leading with almost 20 affiliatesBeing Responsible for the Order process management; customer orders status and performance reportsBeing responsible for monthly invoices process strongly interacting with International Finance teamLead SAP 4 Transformation Roadmap on OTCQualifications:Proven 7 year experience in a similar role in the Pharmaceutical industryMaster's degree in EngineeringHave strong communication skillsSAP knowledge, Analytics Tool (Power BI, AFO, BW) is a mustFluent in EnglishCollaboration as strength and excellent team playerManagerial skillsWhy join Alfasigma?
