We are now recruting for a
CUSTOMER SERVICE & LOGISTICS SPECIALIST
Purpose of the Job:
The Customer Service & Logistics Specialist is the primary point of contact for customers and is responsible for all facets of customer order fulfillment.
Objectives & Goals:
Process, track and maintain customer orders, customer inquiries regarding inventory and other questions and sample requests.
Successfully manage the supply chain, including communicating with the third-party warehouse and scheduling freight;
Improve order processes and increase customer satisfaction.
Monitor respond to and reduce complaints and claims via complaint management process.
Realization:
Customer Order Confirmations within 1 day; respond to customer inquiries within 1 day; reduction of complaints and claims; efficient and accurate supply chain management.
Logistics and Warehousing:
Manage supply chain and freight scheduling, knowledge and successful interaction of parent company supply chain.
Risk Management:
Risk management through:
- Thorough review of customer purchasing documents.
- Detail oriented order processing.
- Complaint intake and follow through.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Order Confirmation turnaround time
- Order Entry accuracy
- Delivery Reliability
- Management of supply chain costs
- Process orders from sale to delivery
- Process returns
- Create internal purchase requisitions with parent company
- Run, export, and manipulate data from SAP to Excel
- Management of materials, stock adjustments, balance, and transfers
- Manage Sample Requests

Qualifications:
- B. A.
or B. S.
Degree or equivalent work experience.
- SAP experience a must, 3-5 years desirable.
- Experience in Data Entry and Order Processing, 3 - 5 years desirable.
- Experience in Customer Service and Logistics or related field, 3 - 5 years desirable.
- MS Excel/SAP
Languages:
DANISH, ENGLISH, SWEDISH is a plus.
Quantitative Dimensions:
- Order Confirmation turnaround within 1 day
- Respond to customer inquiries within 1 day
- 98% Order Entry accuracy
