As a Customer Service and Production Planning Specialist at Valeo Pianezza, you will have the opportunity to work with leading car manufacturers in electronics development within an international and multicultural environment. Mission As part of the supply chain team, you will be in charge of customer service and production planning for customer demand, ensuring satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: Plan both short- and long-term to align supply and demand to support inventory needs. Plan, schedule, and coordinate the production of the company's products. Evaluate raw materials and equipment to ensure readiness for production. Report on production status and any issues to upper management. Schedule shipments to customers. Skills and Experience Required: 1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles in supply chain/production planning within structured industrial organizations. Fluent in English and good Italian. SAP knowledge is a plus. Strong communication skills, goal orientation, and problem-solving attitude.
