Customer Service & Sales Support International (w/m/d)To support our growing company, we are currently looking for a new colleague to enrich our dynamic International Customer Service & Sales Support Team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES International Customer managementFull responsibility for the Order-to-Cash process (from order management to invoicing and complaint management)Creation of customs documentationSales administrative related activities (e. g. marketability, reports)Monitor and optimize operational performance KPIsRegular interfaces with the sales team, logistics, marketing and finance department as well as production planningYOUR PROFILE High school diploma, Bachelor/Master's degree is an advantage2-3 years' experience in a similar role represent an advantageStrong customer orientationPassion for multicultural backgrounds and good understanding of processesAutonomous, pro-active, structured team player with high attention to detailsComfortable with MS Office and ideally SAP software knowledgeFluent English knowledge, German and/or Italian is a plusOUR OFFER Possibility to work in an international environmentAn international company that cares about people and planetThe chance to learn about different cultures and countriesEngaged, welcoming and motivated team in a professional work environmentCompany canteenWe look forward to receiving your application in English!
