Job Responsibilities Supervise customer service activities and post sales assistance. Engage proactively with sales and support functions as well as other internal and external organizations to ensure appropriate support is given to achieve customer satisfaction. Supervise the activities and flows with local logistic partner. Lead and supervise the implementation of new automatic flows in SAP for streamlining activities as well as improving existing automations. Collaborate with the Supply Chain team in defining forecasts and demand planning. Participate actively in the budget process related to sales and demand. Collaborate with sales teams to develop public and private market strategies. Coordinate Public Administration tender activities. Constantly monitor processes and contribute to continuous improvement in the own area of responsibility and beyond. Requirements and Personal Skills Education: Degree in Economic and Pharmaceutical Experience: 5 years of experience in similar positions in the Pharma Industry (Public tender) Specific Knowledge: Office, SAP, IHS Personal Skills: Accuracy, organizational skills, analytical abilities, curiosity, flexibility, availability, excellent communication skills.
