Customer Service & Tender Manager
Specific ResponsibilitiesSupervise customer service activities and post sales assistance.
Supervise order-to-cash process.
Engage proactively with sales and support functions as well as other internal and external organizations in order to secure that appropriate support is given to achieve customer satisfaction.
Supervise service deviations management.
Supervise the activities and flows with local logistic partner.
Leand and supervise implementation of new automatic flows in SAP for streamlining activities as well as improve existing automations.
Collaborate with Supply Chain team in defining forecasts and deman planning.
Participate actively in budget process related to sales and demand.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop public and private market strategies.
Coordinate Public Administration tender activities.
Constantly monitor processes' and contribute to continuous improvement in the own area of responsibility and beyond. Requirements and personal skillsEducation:Degree in Economic and Pharmaceutical Languages:English Experience (years/area):+5 years of experience in similar positions in Pharma Industry (Public tender) Specific Knowledge:Office, SAP, IHS Personal skills:Accuracy, organizational skills, analytical abilities, curiosity, flexibility, availability, excellent communication skills.
