Customer Service
Know production equipment, production technology, organization of work;Know the regulatory, customer and other requirements related to the products and services provided by Dunapack;Assist KAM / sales representative in preparing a sales contract, submits the same for approval and provides it to the client;Prepare price offers for the products offered;Monitor the daily execution of orders placed in the system;Address questions about customer complaints and related financial consequences;Provide materials for negotiating with clients and accepting orders;Process information related to customer orders served by KAM / sales representative;Accept and process orders, store the relevant information in electronic form (in the approved format), and in paper form;Update customer records and track their market positions;Track the dispatch of ordered quantities;Maintain a constant relationship with specialists from the Production Planning and C&D department;Regularly prepare reports on customers, competition, products, price levels, markets, contracted and available quantities;Participate in the process of receiving and registering in the system (CPMS) internal and customer claims related to quality;Communicate with clients regarding actions on stated inconsistencies regarding the offered products and services;The employee is obliged to know and execute the documents of the integrated management system concerning their direct duties.
