With over 85 years of experience, 5 production sites and over 350 employees, SABO is based in Italy, Germany, China and U. S. A. and it is known for its innovation, entrepreneurial spirit and historical, long-standing expertise.
We are seeking a person who is committed to working within our Customer Service team.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality services and support in everyday customer service activities.
Responsibilities Enter and process orders.
Book shipments.
Prepare invoices and necessary documentation, in accordance with the international commercial terms (certificate of origin included).
Register claims and issue credit notes.
Handle and check agents' commissions.
Document and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate closely with the support team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
Communicate and become the central point of contact for customers on matters regarding their orders to ensure they are processed in an accurate and timely fashion.
Requirements Previous experience in a customer support role or a similar position (2-3 years).
A sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
SAP knowledge is a nice-to-have.
Previous experience in a chemical company is a plus.
