Customer Service Administrator (12 Month Fixed-Term)
Are you a dedicated, customer focused administrator, who speaks multiple languages, including English, and either Italian, French, or Spanish?
Our training team offer Food Safety training courses to multiple clients across Europe, and we are looking for a **Customer Service Administrator **who will join the team for a fixed-term period of 12 months, to provide administrative support and deliver great customer service to new and existing customers.
You will ensure quality documentation, and professional communications with clients, trainers, and participants in a timely and friendly manner.

**Including **, but not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer enquiries quickly and effectively
- Support Marketing Team in preparing and following-up marketing campaigns
- Implement customer retention activities for the Food Training EMEA unit
- Work with the Training Manager EMEA to develop annual calendar of course offering, communicate schedule and obtain commitment from trainers
- Liaise with trainers on the course schedule, training materials and delivery logistics: travel arrangements/virtual platforms and manage participants access - being a primary contact for them
- Pre-course delivery administration including inventory maintenance of training programs material; coordinate, prepare and dispatch the training material; and securely store assessments for all training courses
- Post-course delivery administration including certificate issuance and distribution/collection of learner surveys and trainer feedback forms
- Maintain websites and internal systems
- Assist the finance team with collect all the info for invoicing clients
Qualifications: Previous administrative or customer service experience
A minimum of C1 level in English
A minimum of C1 level in at least one of the following languages: Italian, French and Spanish
Experience in events/training management would be advantageous
Has a methodical and logical approach, with good problem-solving skills
Ability to plan and organise multi-project activities
Enjoys multi-cultural environments
Is detailed and goal oriented
Has good interpersonal skills with an ability to work on own initiative
Has experience with Microsoft Office software, with the ability to learn different IT tools
Is available to occasionally travel across Europe
