**Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

**Reports to**: Roberta Moreno

**Group / Division**: AIG/CMD

**Career Band**: 2

**Position Location**:Milan

Respecting, monitoring, and implementing policies and procedures related to areas of responsibility

Preparation of documentation in collaboration with the support team

Preparation of the economic quote with the Commercial Department

Monitoring tender submission process and ensuring the correct completeness, consistency, and compliance of documentation produced

Electronic invoices

Ensuring that orders are placed and received in a timely manner

Monitoring quotes, orders, and order confirmations

Performing other duties as directed or as necessary in order to ensure daily operations, data analysis, and savings

Processing and optimizing orders and check deliveries

A sound knowledge of standard purchasing procedures is required, as well as the ability to work as part of a team

Proficiency with standard computer software packages, in particular with Excel, and SAP is required.

A discrete level of written and spoken English is also required
