**Who are we looking for?

** We're looking for a **Customer Service Agent** to help us reach our organic goals.

**What you will do**: - Assist customers with all requests and needs before, during and after the shopping experience - Be in charge of back-end activities - Monitoring orders shipment tracking **Requirements for this role**: - Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English and French languages (C1/C2) - Work experience with customers in the luxury market - E-commerce experience - Good problem-solving skills **Location**: We are based in Florence, Italy.

This role can be performed in a **hybrid form (office/remote).
