Your mission**:

- Establish and maintain a strong customer relationship based

- Responsible for a defined customer base

- First point of contact for customer and sales

- Professional cooperation with the mills and all business relevant units within Mondi

- Order entry / processing / call off management

- Administration & after sales

- Delivery and invoice follow up

- Stock management and follow up

**Your profile**:

- Open minded and flexible to changes

- Ability to work in team

- Problem solving skills

- Previous experience in customer service position is preferred

- Knowledge of SAP S&D module is a plus

- Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian
