Customer Service And Central Process Retail
Based in our Headquarter in Carpi, Modena (Italy), for **Game 7 Athletics, ** a company of **Champion Europe Group**, we are looking for a **Customer Service and Central Process Retail Specialist** who will report directly to the Central Process Manager, in a dynamic and cooperative Team.
**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer service for the Retail Stores;
- Pricing: transmission and monitoring;
- Support in planning and analyzing Store inventory results;
- Data entry of goods delivery notes and products orders;
- Data and reporting to monitoring the central process to track data entering and central flows in order to support Buying Office and Sales network;
- Mapping and consistent monitoring of processes in order to improving and simplifying;
- Support in the implementation of new flows related the central process from Headquarter to Stores;
- Constant relationship and teamwork with the Company Departments involved in new projects.
**SKILLS AND ATTITUDE
- 2 years of experience in a similar role - preferably in Retail Company;
- Knowledge of MS Office environment, Excel (advanced level);
- Good knowledge of English;
- Precision and good organization;
- Team player mentality and high flexibility;
- Problem solving;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
