**What does the role look like?

We have a vacant position for a Customer Service and Shipping Team Leader who will drive our team's continued successes and enhance the customer satisfaction. This role is suitable for someone who thrives on mentoring and motivating a team of professionals, and excels in fostering engagement in every customer interaction.

Together with your team of dedicated customer service representatives, you will actively monitor all open orders and take decisive actions to keep them on track. No matter the challenge, you ensure that our initial delivery promises are fulfilled. Cross-team collaboration and solving escalated inquiries will be part of your daily routine.

Furthermore, you seek for customer feedback and take initiatives to continuously improve the customer satisfaction. You collaborate with our customers to optimize the end-to-end experience through an optimal service and cost efficiency. The Customer Service and Shipping Team Leader is also the driving force to monitor and improve the customer service KPI's like total throughput time and net promotor score. You ensure that any customer claim is properly handled within a shortest possible timeframe.
