In order to further achieve our growth objective, we are looking for a Customer Service Agent, based within our European team in Concorezzo, Italy.

Duties include:

- Order entry

- Customer phone calls

- Customer complaints (missing / damaged goods / reversals)

- Inventory management

- Credit note issuance

- Customer database entry

- Price lists with maintenance

- FRESHDESK / final consumers

- Daily management of Pending orders file, (Back orders, open orders, allocated, etc)

- Shipping / Logistics: NL shipping file control for Logistic

- Stock management for back / open order

- Logistic communications for lack of goods from NL. ,

- End consumer mail response

- Support checking / updating agent commissions fil

- Support Amazon orders entry

- Management of credit notes

- End consumer mail responses

Skills requested:

- Fluent English

- Living around Concorezzo Area - Monza Brianza

- Problem solving

- Good administration and customer service skills
