Hexcel is currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant F/M for a 6 months contract.

The position is based in Saronno (Italy).

The person is responsible for providing administrative customer service and supports interfacing with Customer services to handle a variety of pre/post commercial back office activities, particularly in view of the new ERP system implementation (Microsoft D365).

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

- He/she will support the new ERP system implementation (Microsoft D365). - The individual oversees accurate order processing after the Customer Service PO Review. - The individual will support the Customer Service department with Credit, Debit processing and recording of goods receipt and with Receivables related tasks. - He/she works with the Customer Service team in the Quotation process. - He/she inputs accurate information into MS excel spreadsheets and/or system, and uploads into sharepoint as required. - He/she maintains departmental file systems so that information can be retrieved quickly and efficiently. - The individual participates to departmental assignments to maximize department efficiency. - He/she handles mailing of administrative paperwork; she/he answers telephone and handles inquiries. - She/he communicates effectively in a clear and concise manner with Customer Service and sales staff. - The individual supports routine office administration tasks.

Qualifications:

- You have completed a University Degree or High School Diploma with a first similar experience. -

- Must be an effective communicator with people at all levels of the business. - Must be driven, enthusiastic, autonomous and self-motivated. - Fluent English both verbally and in writing.
