The selected candidate will be part of a structured team and will be responsible for managing clients in the French market.
Specifically, the candidate will:Handle daily contact with clients to update them on order status. Follow up on post-sale customer service until order fulfillment, monitoring delivery times. Support the internal team in verifying stock levels and follow up with shippers in case of delays. Requirements:Excellent knowledge of the French languageGood knowledge of the English languagePrevious experience in the roleGood knowledge of ExcelWe offer a fixed-term contract of 1 year aimed at permanent employment with the client company.
