Adecco Italia Segrate, Italy Job Title: Customer Service Specialist Adecco Consultant is looking for a Customer Service Specialist with excellent knowledge of French and English for an international technical sportswear company located in the Milan East area. The selected candidate will be part of a structured team and will be responsible for managing clients in the French market. Specifically, the candidate will: Handle daily contact with clients to update them on order status. Follow up on post-sale customer service until order fulfillment, monitoring delivery times. Support the internal team in verifying stock levels and follow up with shippers in case of delays. Requirements: Excellent knowledge of the French language Good knowledge of the English language Previous experience in the role Good knowledge of Excel We offer a fixed-term contract of 1 year aimed at permanent employment with the client company. Classification to be defined based on the selected profile, according to the CCNL commercio. Full-time hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
