The **Customer Service Representative with focus on Contract Management** is responsible to help ensure that our commercial agreements for EMEA are compliant with our legal, sales and financial policies.
You will work with Customer Service, Sales teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to provide contractual support and will help design and implement process and new systems.
You will be the departments lead on analytics including reporting and follow up of contractual compliance as it relates to revenue and volume sales commitments.
This position is an integral part of the EMEA Commercial Operations team and will report into the Sr.
Manager Contracts and Tenders EMEA.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Support the design and implementation of contract life cycle management processes and systems and help drive organization adoption
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, sales, finance, legal and other core functions
- Proactively identify compliance-related gaps or other ideas for continuous improvement
- Be part of a team that will have an opportunity to establish and implement new processes to enhance contract and tender management across the EMEA region
- Design and implement enhancements in the CRM system and design dashboards in close collaboration with the SFDC team and business analytics team
- Drive the contract compliance process including data analysis and lead formal reviews to define counter measures
- Perform training and onboarding of customer service and sales new joiners regarding contract management
- Answer questions from various teams concerning contracts, process, data or dashboards and run ad hoc analysis if required
- Proactively identify compliance-related gaps or other ideas for continuous improvement
- Drive continuous improvement and support other projects as requested and participate in workshops, Kaizen events, etc.
**The essential requirements of the job include**:
- Professional high school diploma or a university's degree in economics, law or similar
- 3 to 5 years of experience in either contract management or customer service
- Fluent English in written and in spoken
- Cross-functional leadership and communication skills
- Good anylytical skills and understanding of data systems (ideally you have experience with SAP/SFDC/PowerBi)
