Customer Service Coordinator

We are looking for a new team member to join our Customer Service team to focus on managing CMA CGM transportation chains. The role is a maternity leave substitute for about one year.
As part of the customer service team, you play a key role in creating high-quality customer service and work in a variety of export and import customer service-related tasks. You will develop into a skilled service professional in an international operating environment.
Your responsibilities include:
Coordinating customer transportation orders and demanding documents. Learning how to handle dangerous goods and other special cargo shipments. Investigating and resolving transportation issues. Implementing and developing customer relationships. Supporting customers in their various inquiries as a customer service representative. Learning country and port-specific rules and regulations. The role requires daily contact with CMA CGM's global network and our customers.
Requirements: Experience in customer service in an international environment. 2-3 years' working experience in shipping or logistics is an advantage. Team player with a sense of responsibility. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Effective communication in good Lithuanian and English. Basic skills in MS Office and adaptability to new information systems. You will be supported by a professional team and a line manager.
