Based in our headquarter office in Carpi (MO), we would like to include a Customer Service DACH Trainee (DACH – Austria, Germany, Switzerland) that will support the wholesale trade Team.

This is a very interesting position within our organization for a talented and brilliant student who is willing to take on a 6-month experience and to be part of our Team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESSupporting managing customer service & operational activities from the order placement to the shipment of the goods;Preparing daily analysis and weekly excel reports;Daily contact and support to our branch in Germany, sales force & agents. QUALIFICATIONSAcademic background in Economics or Languages;Fluent German and English languages;Good knowledge of Excel;Ability to work on with deadlines;Analytical approach and attention to detail;Team player;Motivated to learn.
