About the Role We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team in the Customer Service Development role. In this role, you will focus on driving business growth by executing sales and Business development strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for strengthening customer relationships, supporting the expansion of the service business, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role offers significant exposure to the PWT Customer Service & Digital area and provides an opportunity to contribute actively to the growth of Parts and Service Business with OEMs. Responsibilities Create and execute effective sales and business development strategies to achieve company targets collaborating with cross-functional teams; Establish strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction; Lead Services Business penetration granting with Commercial team sales target and defining growing roadmap; Track and analyze sales and Business development metrics, prepare reports to senior management, and adjust strategies to improve performance and achieve objectives. Qualifications Fluent in English (written and spoken); Strong communication and negotiation skills; Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities; Customer and result-oriented mindset; Knowledge of sales processes and business development strategies.
