About Our Client Our Client is a multinational company operating in industrial machinery.
With a tradition of more than 40 years, they have constantly been investing in R&D, adopting innovative technologies to further expand their business.
Job Description Manage and coordinate activities, team and resources within the Service function, in alignment with the Group strategic roadmap.
Define and implement commercial strategies within the Service, in order to maximize profits.
Review and implement eventual corrections in internal policies, procedures, and standards.
Guarantee compliance with legal requirements.
Define, negotiate, and agree on the effective use of available resources.
Define and implement a roadmap to guarantee qualitative improvement of the team.
The Successful Applicant Deep knowledge and understanding of legalities in make-to-order B2B contracts.
Previous experience with CRM.
Deep understanding and passion for Customer Service, including after sales, maintenance, rebuilding, and all other aspects.
Team leading skills.
Fluency in English.
