Role CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMIN
This position is located at BorgWarner's Italy Plant in Lugo (RA)
Products: Industrial Stationary Chargers, Automotive Stationary DC Fast Chargers, Automotive Inverters
Key Responsability
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Solve problems which arise in planning, prioritising, organising, of all activity relatedo to Customer orders.
Use systematic processes of collecting, analysing, and synthesising information to evaluate current practice to generate new understandings and lesson learned to share with Quality, Production and Engineering to improve and develop product quality and reliability as per Customers feedback and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Sales and Engineering department for the technical definition of new products and/or Customers product improvement request.
Qualification & Experience
- High Diploma in Marketing
- Fluent in English both speaking & writing
- at least 3 year of experience in the same role or Sales department
- Stationary Chargers and Automotive Stationary DC Fast Chargers is a plus
