Apply now for the position of Customer Service Engineer for Toscana Region. Your Role: You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining healthcare diagnostic equipment with particular reference to radiology and angiography, within the designated area. You will have a face-to-face relationship with customers. Ensure complete execution of all preventive maintenance on the assigned assets. Work with project management and application specialists to successfully implement complex solutions. Collaborate with the local team to delight customers. Interact with the Customer Care Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of issues. Report in a timely manner all potential issues to the Dedicated Complaint Unit. Your Expertise: Degree in electronic engineering or high school diploma in electronics. General knowledge of digital healthcare. Fluent in English (written and verbally). Knowledge of Windows, Excel, and Word. Resident in Tuscany area. Willingness to travel within the assigned area and across Italy as needed. Teamwork attitude, proactive, and able to take self-initiatives. Strong communication skills – able to make complex issues easy to understand.
